About the FACT Bursary Fund

At Fellowship Afloat's centre, young people learn practical skills, enjoy adventures and discover new horizons. The context is a supportive Christian community of full-time staff and expert volunteers. However, even Fellowship Afloat's subsidised fees are out of reach of some who would most benefit from a stay. This is where the trust's Bursary Fund can help. The Fund disburses around £10,000 a year, paying for places for young people in need, ranging from those with disabilities, to ex-offenders. But the Fund needs constant topping-up from generous friends and supporters.

How this gift scheme works

What do you give people with (almost) everything? Well, why not bless friends and family with FACT virtual gifts! Cards of your choice are sent with personal messages, and your actual gifts help needy young cardspeople participate in FACT courses. Payments are made through PayPal and can be Gift Aided. Don't want to pay online? Send us a list of your chosen gifts and a cheque, we'll send you the cards for onward transmission.
