All prices are per individual and include VAT at the standard rate except where stated; in the event of a change in standard rate of VAT, we reserve the right to adjust fees.

Notes

1. Fees are per individual and inclusive of full board plus activities and instruction, except where stated.

2. In cases of hardship, we are pleased to consider a further subsidy.

3. A deposit for an individual booking is £30.00; courses of this amount or lower require full fees at the time of booking.

4. Teachers or Youth Leaders: one free teacher / leader's place per 10 children.

5. For schools/group bookings, our tariff is based upon a minimum number of 25 persons, unless agreed otherwise.

Holiday insurance

Fellowship Afloat is covered by public liability insurance which indemnifies the Trust in the event of accident or loss resulting from negligence on its part. Personal accident and property loss for visitors is not covered, so we advise you to make your own arrangements if insurance is required.
