Fellowship Afloat's centre at Tollesbury, Essex, is a unique place for adventure, relaxation and exploring the environment.
Whether you just want to chill or do some serious stuff, FACT provides all you need to have a comfortable and useful time. Good food, good company and a bit of time to think about life, the universe and everything are all part of the package.
Check out the links to all our activities (right). If you find the kind of activity you're looking for, take a look at the calendar page to see if we're running such a course in the period you are interested in. You can make a provisional booking on that page.
Group or individual?
Some courses are designed for individuals, other periods are reserved for group bookings. The Calendar and Booking page makes it clear whether the vacancies are for groups or individuals.

FACT is a Recognised Training Centre (RTC) for the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) (telephone 0845 345 0400) the UK governing body for sailing & powerboating, and our activities are inspected by the Adventure Actvitiy Licensing Authority (AALA) (telephone 029 20 755715). These bodies make regular inspections to approve the standard and maintenance of the activity, the safety equipment and the staff training. Where appropriate, all staff are provided training and support in order to fulfil any requirements for National Governing Body (NGB)awards.
Climbing, archery, team building games and orienteering are not part of the RYA or AALA schemes but they are subject to the same risk assessment, safety and management procedures. They are supervised and run at a high standard by staff with the appropriate NGB qualifications.
